2026 ELECTION NOTICE

ELECTION
A secret ballot election to elect Local 846 Officers & Delegates to the 45th International Convention is being conducted by 100% mail-in ballot. Ballots for this election are being mailed to members on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
All ballots must be mailed in sufficient time to be received at the post office no later than Midnight, Friday, May 15, 2026. Any member who has not received a ballot in the mail or who spoils a ballot may request a new ballot by contacting FST-BM Jose Mendoza at (803) 644-2187or the office Staff. If a member requests and returns another ballot, only the replacement ballot will be counted. The ballots will be counted on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
All members must have their dues paid thru the month of March prior to election day in order to have their ballot counted. All members will be permitted to pay their dues no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026 in order to ensure their good standing and to have their ballot counted.

La elección de los cargos de la local 846 se llevará a cabo exclusivamente por correo con boleta de voto secreto. Los paquetes de votación se enviarán por correo a los miembros el sábado 18 de abril de 2026.
Envíe su boleta con suficiente tiempo para que pueda ser recibida en la oficina de correos antes de la medianoche, Viernes, 15 de mayo 2026. Cualquier miembro que no ha recibido su boleta por correo o cualquier miembro que necesite un duplicado podrá solicitar una boleta nueva contactando al FST-BM José Mendoza al (803) 644-2187 o el personal de la oficina. Si solicitas y devuelves la boleta duplicado, sólo se contará la boleta de reemplazo. Las boletas serán contadas el sábado 16 de mayo de 2026.
Todos los miembros deben tener su membresía pagada hasta el mes de marzo antes de la elección con el fin de poder contar su voto. Se les permitirá hasta las 4:30 pm el Viernes, 15 de mayo 2026 a todos los miembros pagar su membresía con el fin de garantizar su buen estado y poder contar su voto.
